Hello, I Am 44 Yrs Old, I Was On Birth

hello, I am 44 yrs old, I was on birth control pills for 14 yrs, I recently took a break from them 2 months ago, I have had regular cycles the past 2 months, however, my last cycle came December 28, and i have not gotten my period for January. I have taken 2 pregnancy test and they both came back negative...i didn't use birth control because i thought by being on them for so long with no interruptions i would be ok...now i am worried..should i be as of yet. I also have been experiencing hot flashes for the past 6 months
