Hello I Have A Question About Shingles. In The Last

hello I have a question about shingles. in the last few days I have developed a red rash and it looks identical to the pics on this website. 3 or 4 days rash develop, coughing, fever, running nose, chills, under a lot of stress. should my life partner lover stay away from me ? we sleep naked together ? I had the bubbles and popped drained and its dried up hopefully healing, I am concerned about him. wasn't dx by doctor I thought it was just a rash going to the walk in tomorrow any suggestions?
