i am a male 39 years old with 6 feet height
at first when i was the age about 30 doctor diagnose that i am suffering ibs.
later it is moderate depressive episode with somatic form disorder

i am unable to adjust with my daily routine
unable to sleep well,in the morning i do not feel relaxed after even a long sleep hours because i wake up after some time , some time with a sudden jurk, continuous headiach ,stressed body , raised body temperature as i do feel suffring from feavor, continous pain in neck and shoulders
