Hello I Ate A Lot Of Oreo Cookies This Week.

i ate a lot of oreo cookies this week. and now , i feel my body burning in many places. my penis and balls, my feet ( plantar area), my abdomen, my anus, burns from behind my eyes,burning in my left arm( mild ).
i am nog sure what to do . i can still function but i wonder if i should fast and drink lots of fluid . this is what i am doing now .
what else can i do ?
