Hello, I Have A Small Cyst On My Forehead, I

hello,
i have a small cyst on my forehead, i can catch it easly with my two fingers but i don't play with it because i am afraid i make it bigger if i start squeezing it, i want to know how can i get rid of it without segery, i feel it's possible because it's small, someone told my about black salve (ichthammol), but if i use ichthammol will there be a hole instead of the cyst?
