hello my cousin has many issues right now.

He is having trouble breathing, he walks 10 feet to the bathroom and back and he is gasping for breath.
He has ever only had 1 kidney. It is now only working at about 18-23%.
In April, Jim started having chest pains, and shortness of breath that has kept getting worse.

Sugar levels started to increase.
Insulin was changed to a mixed one then changed back when levels continued to increase the last time.

he has not worked since june 27 due to short of breath and pain

dr thought he had amigo or blockages, stress test show no agina.

did a minute and half on stress test
started using Nitro spray in june, It gave him some relief

on nitro patch and beta blocker
jim kept getting worse

had a myo cardinal perfusion imaging done on heart, it showed nothing.
Echo was normal. Dye test normal.

kidney was stable for years, at 26-30%
June it was at 26%
them Aug 18%
Now at 21%
creatinine level are up but not as high as a month ago.
sugar levels still up, taking 60 units of fast acting insulin before meals and 60 units of slow actin in the morning

at night feet and calves are swelling with fluid

used to have sweats but now he is usually froze
has an enlarged spleen-and makes stomach looks like a lump bigger than grapefruit

even when he cant breath his oxygen level is still at 96-98%
