Hello, My Head Shakes Uncontrollably, I Am Also Very Fatigued

hello, my head shakes uncontrollably, I am also very fatigued as well can only walk for a short period of time with having sever pain and sweeling through out my body, I bruise to the touch I was recently diagnose with sunlight sensitivity , I was also checked for lupus but I have all the symtoms and than to the point where I m immobile at times and fatigue is a huge one and my hads also swell and always in so much pain to the point of unable to use them sometimes,
