Hello. On Sept 7 I Went To Er Because I

hello. on sept 7 i went to er because i woke up extremly dizzy, left side of face was numb and paralized, left arm and leg was weak and numb. was hospitalized for 10 days in which multiple mri done along with ct, a lumbar puncture, and numerous blood work. my arm was back to normal by day 3 but my leg is still till this day weak. was diagnosed with bells palsy and borderline stroke that is what i was told but paperwork does not say that. what is borderline stroke?? why does the site of lp still bother me?,, why is leg still not allowing me to walk correctly? a week after i was release i was taken back to er with similar symtoms( dizzy, numbness of both arms this time, shortness of breath, heavyness on chest) only lasted about an hour so by the time they saw me all symtoms had gone except dizzyness and numbness of jaw. since no paperwork from previous time said anything about borderline stroke they sent me home sawing that the chest xray was normal and the only thing that came back on blood test was low potassium. can nothing else confirm if those 2 episodes where tia stroke or what happened? im hispanic married and 31 and have a 1year old child i myself have no known illness but family has high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, has had strokes, heat attacks,
