Hello, So I'm A 16 Year Student Studying For Their

hello, so i'm a 16 year student studying for their GCSEs and i keep getting sharp headaches like above my eyes/eyebrows on the left side of my head. I wear glasses full-time, i don't know if that's relevant and have worn them for 6 years, full time for 2. My optician told me they were ice-pick headaches and they'd go away with time, and they eventually went away, but recently they've been coming on for longer periods of time ( they used to only 5-10 minutes, but now they're for over 45 minutes) and more intense. I was just wondering, are these normal and should i just continue taking regular pain relief or should i see my GP before my exams?
