Hi, 57 Male, Have Cervical Neck Problems, Disc Degeneration, Headaches,numbness

hi, 57 male, have cervical neck problems, disc degeneration, headaches,numbness and pains, been having a lump feeling in throat, ent looked me over and examined my Mri and didn't think anything she could see was wrong. On Losartan 25m and Crestor 10mg for 9 months, can C-1 and C-2 problems cause throat sensations or the medications be a side effects. My othro doesnt have much to say about throat
