Hi, I Was Doing Overhead Squats (17.5kg) After About 40
hi, I was doing overhead squats (17.5kg) after about 40 reps, my left palm start to feel pins and needle, then it went numb, and all my left arm went kind of numb. after two hours, my thumb is still kind of numb. I did continue the exercise till the end though. I am wondering if this is normal because I am new to this type of exercise, or is there something wrong with me?
