Hi, I've Been Struggling With A Strange Dizzy/full Feeling In

hi, I've been struggling with a strange dizzy/full feeling in my head for a long time (months and its getting worse), it feels like inflammation half way up my spine and into my head. It's not 100% dizziness and it's not a headache, but its disorientating, and it makes it difficult for me to focus on my work. Aspirin sometimes helps make it go away, but today i took an aspirin and it hasn't helped at all. I don't want to rely on aspirin all my life. I have HSV2 which i'm taking acyclovir suppression therapy, it seems to get worse if i stop taking the pills. Is it a drug side effect or virus symptom? I also have an achey body almost permanently and I get severe exercise intolerance. Are they all related? What can I do, it's making my life very difficult because I can't focus on work, and I cant exercise.
