Hi About 6 Months Agi I Went For A Smear

hi about 6 months agi i went for a smear test. the nurse said she could tell i had alot of abnormal cells. cin2 and hvp (the wart virus) the thing was 2 days after my smear i moved to mexico! i never found out my results! i am now in mexico and my partner has noticed a black spot grow on my vulva. i have pictures.should i be worried. i dont feel ill and have never had normal periods so i havent noticed anything? if you could answer i would be extrmely gratefull!!
