Hi Doctor, Yesterday I Fell And When I Was Down

hi doctor, yesterday i fell and when i was down i felt over my check and my left ear ,so basically i don't feel pain i just feel like theres is water, do you think it's wax that when i fell off it did moved? or is something else,thank you i can hear but i hear myself a little bit more than the outside but not too serious ,thank you
