hi im a 22 year old norwegian male trying to bodybuild a little, so i need to comsumne more calories then i burn. i hate to spend time making food and eating. therefor i try to eat alot of healthy fats, because fats contain more calories. like avocado, banana, valnuts, hempseed, coconut oil, olive oil etc. basically i just throw all that in a blender with some frozen mixed berries for taste and it comes at about 1500 calories. the rest of the time i try to eat healthy carbs. btw im trying to become vegan, so no animal products here.
i dont know whether carbs or fat is best, because theres alot of shared opinions. i also feel like my body hurts a little when only eating carbs, maybe im carb intolerant. all i really need to know is if this fat smoothie i make could be dangerous because of the amount of fat it contains and the liquidish form i drink it in.
