Hi The Inner Sides Of My Leg Have Been Swollen

hi the inner sides of my leg have been swollen and inflamed for 3 days.i am 45 yrs old 70kg 175cm high in good health,not a big drinker,healthy diet, non smoker.I always drink a lot of water,have been going to the toilet as per normal with regular stool and urine colour,no pain or fever at all.Although the swelling has not got worse it is slightly uncomfortable as skin on my leg feels very tight.I am on holidays at the moment so for a week I have eaten out a few times other wise I believe I have reasonable low salt diet.Toes,ankles,fingers,hands and arms have not been effected
