High - I'm 67 Yrs. Old, Female, W. Type 2

high - I'm 67 yrs. old, female, w. type 2 diabetes and have been taking several medications for years now. I took 1000 mg of ibuprophen, aswa my usual doseage of metformin, metopropol, tizanidean (sp?) 20 mg oxycodone (for rheumatoid arthritis pain) & lisinoprol -- all of which have been my usual dosage of these for several years, I fell asleep sitting up on the couch watching tv and woke up approx. 1&1/2 hrs. with a loud persistent high pitched ringing in my ears-- so loud it interferes with my hearing the tv. My neck has been stiff for months and painful ( most likely a pinched nerve) and when I woke with the ringing I also discovered a very tender spot on the back of my head right close to the indentation at the juncture of my head and neck, I've never experienced anything like this before and am a bit scared at the moment. this has been going on for @ an hour now. I'm tired (it's close to 12:30 am here) and want to sleep as it's my usual bedtime. wondering if this is a reaction somehow to medications altho' I've been taking these for years and never had anything like this before. Any insight / advice is much appreciated!
