how can i prove the wrong lens was placed during cataract surgery. I am dizzy, loss of balance, head aches, nausea, I was told during the primary talk with 15 other patients in the room that I owed $1500 for the special lens, by assistant? I said no and they moved on to someone who raised her hand. I thought they got me confused with someone else. So I do not know if the right lens in the right eye was placed and shifted. I can see up close very well but have lost my distance vision. The left eye is my close up eye. This was a year ago and they have said that I have odd shape eyes and the lens shifted. They tried to put a lens for distance in the left eye, it made me dizzy. Switching the eyes for Distance and Close up.
Then they have used PRK twice on the right eye to bring it back to distance...not working well. I am still dizzy and the eyes do not focus well. Headaches, can't ski, skate, Stand up paddle. Loss of all balance.
How do I prove the wrong lens was placed?
