I Am Writing In Regards To My 73 Yr Old

i am writing in regards to my 73 yr old Mother, She has been taking Tegretol 200mg 5x a day, First of all can that b harmful, She is generally good health, no drinking, smoking and still works part time .She has developed a bad skin irratation on her face recently ... She takes this for bipolar and cant afford all her medications, So my question most need answered is who is the manufacturer and will they offer cash price coupons or even free refills if possible.
