I Have Been Burping For An Entire Day Now, I

i have been burping for an entire day now, i dont know what the cause is but i feel like the left side of my throat feels swollen, the burps are somewhat painful, im taking ranitidine for acid reflux, but i dont think that thats whats causing this, there is pain in the left side of my chest, probably from the burping, its not heart burn im pretty sure, also there is fissing in stomach every now and then along with abdominal pain, im a little dizzy when i stand up but thats probably from the pressure on my chest and abdomin.
