I Have Been Having Severe Uncomfortable Pain In My Upper

i have been having severe uncomfortable pain in my upper right abdomin (sometimes also in left). i have seen a doctor many times, she did ultra sound AND hida, with results being great. no gallstones, 89% working gallbladder. but the pain is mainly after i eat. it's getting worse, instead of lasting an hour or so after i eat, it's lasting hours. i am thin, work out, eat super healthy. i am 50 years old. Doctor seems unconcerned. i am scared i have cancer or pancreatitus. i take glucosamine/condroitin and it has saved my knees. wondered if that can be a culprit. she offered me to see a gastro doc and she also put me on meds (prevacid for one month) for acid reflux even tho i have no symptoms. it helps a tiny bit? help?? i am living on gas pills, which help.
