I Have Pimples, Sores, Boils, Scabs Anything Associated With These

i have pimples, sores, boils, scabs anything associated with these over most of my head, I drive buses where headrests are shared. I have had to go to using a pillow case over the headrest but still have these painful symptoms that hurt. can you tell me what it is, my doctors gave a me a bottle of something but it didn't help and it smelt a lot like alcohol of some sort like Isocol for sore limbs.
