I Have The Worst Gas Problem, Frequent Gas All Day,,

i have the worst gas problem, frequent gas all day,, and the smell is horrible. Also, constipation and or diarrhea, which also smell like the sewer mixed with something dead. it so embarrassing, my husband says i need to see a doctor. This has been going on for a few months.
