I Know Someone With The Following Symptoms: Two Spots, One

i know someone with the following symptoms: two spots, one one each ear, like a spider bite in the same spot on each ear, red, swollen face, skin on nose peeling like sunburn, small red spots on forehead and some on back, coughing brown plegmn, alternates feeling ok with sudden feeling tired, desire to sleep a lot, no difference in feeling, whether in or out of home. No new soap, personal products, but moved to a house built in late 1980's or early 1990's. any suggestions?
