My Jaw Is Popping When I Open Mouth Wide It

my Jaw is popping when I open mouth wide it has for quite a while , after getting back from dentist my Jaw is making my teeth ache, been two weeks now, notice a little bump below my ear possible gland swelling, how do I fix the issue, I have been taking Tylenol and Advil for two weeks still not better.
