My Daughter, 24 Yo Female Has Been On Komapin For

my daughter, 24 yo female has been on komapin for two years and this past week, stopped taking it and was put on lexapro (per her PCP's instructions). Due to the fact that we experienced a snow storm and she was unable to fill her prescription right away, she missed a few days. Usually a very engaged and great worker, her boss pulled her aside at the end of the work week and shared with her that everyone was very worried about her "change in behavior". (sadness, lack of usual motivation). She called her doc tonight and was unable to connect. I am concerned that the change from komapin to lexapro might have been too dramatic and that she was not prescribed the correct med. As her mother, I have observed both depression and anxiety over theyears. What would be your advice?
