My Grandma Ate A Hot Pepper Earlier, And First Her

my grandma ate a hot pepper earlier, and first her ear started to hurt, and then it went away. Now, an hour or so later, her chest is starting to hurt, she said as if someone was stabbing her. She said it might be from the pepper. she doesn't have any tums or anything like that. what can she do to help?
