my husband is experiencing violent lip twitching and flapping during deep sleep. he is 67, weighs 225, is relatively healthy, has hyper tension, and drinks a fair amount of beer. the flapping wakes him up, and then stops. he snores a lot until he reaches deep sleep. and talks in his sleep a couple times a week.
