My Son Is 2.5 Years Old He Has A Gut

my son is 2.5 years old he has a gut problem from the begning please sujjest me
he has no problem in any test e.g ultra sound and x- ray etc
often his intestins are filled with gas and then finally motion is stopped and vomiting is started with a high bally pain
