My Wife Has Been Told She Has Parkinsons. She Has

my wife has been told she has Parkinsons. She has some of the symptoms but not the most common ones. She does not swing her arms, she has slowed down some (age 61) over the last year, her arms are heavy, legs feel heavy, and she doesn't blink as much according to the neurologist. If she is sitting in a certain position her leg shakes, but when she changes positions, it stops. We are waiting for an MRI but I'm wondering if this really sounds like Parkinsons. Also she is much worse this week, then last which I thought wouldn't be consistent if a slow progressing illness like Parkinsons.
