One Month Ago Had A Hip Replacement, They Used A

one month ago had a hip replacement, they used a spinal block for the procedure, however my prob lem now is that the left leg is nerve pain, numbness, tingleing, and when it tingles I get strong nerve pain. I have a doctors appt on the 14th what can I do to handle this till my appt.
