Started 7-8 Months Ago Seeing A "wrinkling" Of My Skin

started 7-8 months ago seeing a "wrinkling" of my skin almost like excess fatty tissue, this is located on both inner thighs where it meets my groin, no abnormalities are seen on my scrotum or penis. all located on the inner thigh.have not been sexually active for about a year, and I do have what I consider severe psoriasis ,anyways I was wearing a safety harness at work which requires the strap to go over the area I just described,(both legs)anyways after a day I started seeing an inflammation on both legs which now has turned into swelling, redness and some release of what appears to be puss
