There Was A Very Small Pimple (almost Entirely White; Smaller

there was a very small pimple (almost entirely white; smaller than an ant, but larger than the period at the end of this sentence.) under my eye, and i tried to pick at it with something that i think may have irritated it? that was ten minutes ago, and, right now, the area feels sore and hot to the touch. it appears to be a red color at the moment. what should i do?
