When I Cough I Notice That A Bulge Larger Than

when I cough I notice that a bulge larger than a grapefruit, smaller than a basketball, visibly appears on the right side just underneath my ribcage, not really painful yet, but it worries me simply because I have had a serious surgery in the past.
