Yesterday I Was Hit By About 15 To 20 Pound

yesterday I was hit by about 15 to 20 pound piece of luggage in an overhead bin hitting me on my forehead and 1/2 inch down my nose as Iwas pulling it out of the bin. Appointment 12 hours later I awoke with a throbbing headache,now still 24 hours latter I have a dull constant headache in my forehad area,very sore redmark size of a dime at contact point on nose. At this point have not taken any medication,no vision problems eyes fallow fingers up-down, left to right no problem , l am suppost operate as flight attendant the 6 hour flight home tomorrow.Any ideas for the pain, I'm in South America Sincere Thanks
