Dr. Chambers: I am sorry I was not able to respond to you earlier this week. I was on a business trip. I wanted to give you some feedback; your advise appears to be working perfectly. I am using the cortisone cream at night and neosporin during the day. My lips have completely cleared and I have not used and/or felt the need to use chapstick and/or vaseline for the first time in 40 years (since i was an Embry-Riddle student). Thank you.

Dr. Chambers answered my medication question. I have been following his suggestions and feel much better. There was no doubt the meds were preventing sleep because I was taking it too near to bedtime.

The answer was very helpful. It put my mind at ease. I have started to eat more fruits with potassium, etc, to see if it is an electrolyte deficiency. DR. Chambers mentioned that it could also be a nerve issue in my spine, which makes sense, because I have a herniated disc in my lower back. Also when I'm lying down in bed, or in the early morning, the twitching doesn't seem to occur. Thank you Dr. Chambers !

Thank u Dr.chambers. I was admitted to the ICU at SaintAgnes on 10/3/16 and discharged today 10/7/16. I was desensitized and kept under close watch. When I was admitted I told doctors of the solumedrol and when told they would be going that route felt very safe and reassured . Thank you so much!
