Question: İs it not recomended gynacomastie surgery if drug induced gynacomastie ?
İ got gynacomastie surgery before i started antipschotics called invega trinza(trevicta).now i m worried about galactorrhoea because my prolactine levels are high.is there any danger patients who develop galactorrhoea after gynacomastie surgery
Brief Answer:
It can be done.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
First of all you need to stop taking invega trinza and take another drug instead .You may need to consult your psychiatrist about this .
Stopping invega may help you with galactorrhea and the breasts may get reduced gradually.
If the breasts don't get smaller after stopping the drug you can consider surgery.
Also check prolactin levels and hypophysis for possible prolactinoma.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Not stuck in tissues.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
If you had surgery and you are still having milk discharge you should get evaluated.
