-Tested Positive For Ssa/ssb, Ana In Oct 2019. Have Questions
Question: -Tested positive for ssa/ssb, Ana in oct 2019. Have questions on a few results labs i just got done. My RF in oct 2019 was 10. Ive been tested multiple times since then and its remained at 10. This recent result shows it increased to 14 which is the cutoff point.
-Does RF factor fluctuate through time? Within a 3 month period it went from 10 to 14.
-What value would indicate that i have Rheumatoid arthritis? And if this number keeps increasing at what point would medication be advised? I have only morning stiffness at the moment that goes away after a few minutes. No noticeable inflamation.
-My WBC count has been dropping since last year, from 8.6, 4.3, 5.9, 5.8, 5.4 and now 4.8. If this continues to drop what options do i have, and what does it mean if this count keeps dropping? All these tests were done b/w 2019 and now.
-My ANA Titer is 1:160. The higher this value is, what does it indicate?
-Also want to claryfy if my pattern is speckled and what it means?
-My urine total protein is abnormally high or low? It reads <4L. What does this mean?
-My hepatitis B surface AB,QL says value is indeterminate. What does this mean?

these are antibodies that suggest sjogrens syndrome.
sometimes rf can be positive because of these anti bodies.
your report says less than 14,which is negative.
these are antibodies, their titers can vary depending on when they are taken, however they dont signify much as far as the disease is concerned, so they should not be repeated and followed.
as long as your wbc count is within the normal range, no worries.
hep b anti bodies are not high enough means you require immunization for hep b.
