Hi, Greetings for the day. I have some urinalinfection in my private part. Initially some white patches like formed in my penis and then started iritation. now its increased. i tried washing with warm water. still same issue. mixed pain and iritaion is there. same symptoms for my wife in her vagainal part. Kindly suggest. We got married newly. Awaiting for your help.Have some infectin i my Penis

Are you having any burning sensation while passing urine?
Or it is only the skin lesion?

Is there any itching over the lesions?
Is your wife having any foul smelling white discharge per vagina?

Kindly visit hospital for investigations

The symptoms suggest some sexually transmitted bacterial or fungal infection for both of you

It has to be diagnosed after a clinical examination and
Kindly get Urine routine and culture done.

I usually treat such patients with a course of oral antibiotic(Mahacef XL) and topical Candid cream application.

But in your case i suggest to get clinical examination to rule out the exact cause of the condition

And abstain from sexual contact till it is cured completely
