Yes, I saw the attached photo. Whey protein can be taken if you are doing vigours gym workouts. You will have to take in lots of water around 3 to 4 liters per day so that there is no load on the kidneys.

I have gone through your attachments. Usually, whey protein is adviced to be taken in the morning. Even if you are going to the gym in the evening, you can take whey protein in the morning. After the gym, you can have an apple/juice or vegetable juice such as mint & coriander/ tomato & coriander juice.
Taking whey protein in the night can cause weight gain, hence its better to take in the morning.

Hi, thanks for answering my query . but mine is desk Job . so there is no physical activity during the day . The protein powder I take in the morning won't be of that useful for my daily routine. and after the gym workout I drink the protein powder and also eat 2 egg whites. if this is a problem . I'll have to wake up in the mrng 5 am for the gym as I read that the whey protein is effective post workout. please advise. Thanks again .

If possible it is better you do gym in the morning. Whey protein is effective if you do vigorous workouts, not necessarily after a workout. You can take it in the morning or afternoon and workout in the evening or you can do the gym in the morning and take whey protein in the day. It is better to avoid in the night as the body goes into rest.
If you are seeing effective weight loss with the gym in the night and drinking whey protein with 2 egg whites. Then I would suggest you continue the same.

Thanks Dr. XXXXXXX for answering. sorry to bother you with more questions just to be clear, yesterday was the first day I started taking protein. I wanted to do it right from the start. hence contacting you. So can I drink the whey protein in the morning and go for the workout in the evening ??? coz I need to get ready by 6:30 am for my office. As you know, getting up in the morning is not an easy thing. so I workout in the evening leisurely. no time constraint. but working out in morning with little time and chances of waking up are very less, I don't want to start a habit that I may not be able to follow. :(
