Brief Answer:
Increase aerobic exercises and jogging or swimming.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr Ramakant.
Welcome back to Ask A Doctor Service.
I have gone through your query carefully and understand your concern.
You say that you have been weight training (lifting weights) since 6 months and you have not noticed any change in body fat and you are unable to lose the tummy fat.
This is your main concern if my understanding is right.
I would like to inform you that, weight training does not reduce tummy fat to a great extent unless you are cutting down drastically on your total carbohydrate consumption per day.
You say all the tests you got done appeared normal, could you please upload the same reports so that I can review them to be sure.
Working out 6 days a week is more than sufficient, but each day, you must exercise for 45 minutes and if you are looking to build muscles so that they become visibly bulky, then you will have to work even harder (for more than 1 hour everyday).
Each individual is different and some can lose body fat easily, and some cannot. These genetic variations are difficult to circumvent but not impossible so do not lose hope.
If the total amounts of calories you are consuming per day is equal to or less than what you are burning at the gym and through other routine activities, then you will not see much improvement.
So, it is imperative that you reduce your daily total calorie intake to about 200 Kilocalories less than your total daily requirement so that your body burns the excess fat reserves and reduces the body fat.
You can do that by consulting a dietitian and getting a personalised diet chart prepared for 1500 to 1700 KCals per day. That is your target total calorie intake if you wish to lose tummy fat.
If you wish to build muscle while losing body fat, you must consume 2200 KCals total per day but increase total calorie burnt to at least 2400 to 2600 KCals.
You can burn more calories through aerobic exercises like running and swimming, so do jogging or running or swimming for 30 minutes everyday, and you will see the difference in the next 2 to 3 months time.
I hope that answers your query to your satisfaction, please do write back to me if you have any doubts or further queries.
Best regards.

Hi,
Thanks for answering the query, promptly, though, I highly disagree with you.
Calorie in, Calorie out is treated to be very general and common answers, which a school going kids knew, in these days.
For your kind of information, I have been working out 1.30 hour every since XXXXXXX 2018. Protein and carb and fats everything is in range, i.e-2200Kcal a day. Don't pre-assume that, I have not been following the diet, which not pay close attention to the daily calorie intake.
Frankly, I hadn't expected those kind simple generalization from an MD. Anyway, I am again repeating my questions which are below:
1- Difficulty in losing abdomen fat, I don't care about the body weight, what I do care is to get Six packs abs and muscles.
2-Suggest some drugs in order to achieve my results like Anabolic Androgenic Steroid, Human Growth Hormone, Insulin, Peptide.
Since you mentioned Genetic, then here is a question for you: Give the drugs to suppress the Adiponectin receptor due to which the belly fat quite responsive in nature.
Please, give some genuine and suggestions in terms of Drugs not like stupid and easy like calorie in and calorie out, these are school subjects. Here we're discussing and seeking extremely advance level hormone, genetics, reasons associated with it and it's suppression.
Hope, you will give genuine suggestions, this time.
Regards!

Brief Answer:
If you think my answer is stupid, you can treat yourself.
Detailed Answer:
Mr Ramakant.
You are extraordinarily arrogant.
I have no drugs to offer you, as that is not possible through this online consultation. (The drugs you talk about need careful evaluation by an endocrinologist and prescription)
You probably think you are an endocrinologist yourself and calling me stupid makes it quite clear to me that you have no intention of following any advice given by any doctor other than yourself.
So, do yourself and the medical professionals a favour and treat yourself if you are so knowledgeable.
Your account here on Ask A Doctor service will be disabled henceforth and you will be blacklisted for your behaviour.
Goodbye.

Brief Question: Suppression of the Adiponectin receptor(Since you quoted) Gene, Do you know what is that? You lacking knowledge, here, I can surmise that.
Hi,
I selected an Endocrinologist, you jumped into it.
Don't give the threat of blacklisted or banned, I don't give a damn of such reprehensible service.
I found all of your answers are easy like a school going kid can answer. You haven't said anything new, the suggestions given by you are extremely easy in nature. Even non-science student too knew.
I can counter you point-by-point, but, that wouldn't deserve my time and energy.
You're talking about pieces of advice, where are the pieces of advice? If you think the calorie in and calorie out the advice, which you have given, then I may doubt about your MD degree.
Anyway, If, you wish to give the complex answer like molecular and tissue level and genetics, hormone, then you'll be welcome, otherwise, I won't find you as an eligible person to discuss with extremely complex subjects, here.
Regards!

Brief Answer:
I remember your previous discussion under different user name.
Detailed Answer:
I am not interested in continuing this discussion as I have already had a very bad experience dealing with you.
You need to consult an endocrinologist in person.
No one in their right mind would prescribe anabolic steroids to you, that is if they are ethical and moral.
Kindly close the discussion and do not post any follow-up queries as I am not interested in answering your queries anymore.
I am not a specialist, hence I have limited knowledge of other specialties and sub specialties like endocrinology.
