This is main question, which was deleted in your site, after submission.
I am 73 years old, have dryness problems in my body.
(i) My hands look dry and reddishness is developed between fingers, due to frequent use of soap, during COVID19 period; and hence I get itching. I feel shrinking effect between fingers portion (ie. between palmistry mounts portions: Mercury-Sun, Sun-Saturn, Saturn-Jupiter), and also in the foot, toe & heel portion. I get itching in my testicles portion in midnight, due to dryness.
(ii) I therefore stopped all types of soaps, and started using “Dove” & “Pears” soap. I also use “Venusia” moisturizing lotion in my hands.
(iii) I have started recently using product - “Bio XXXXXXX & Parsley Body Wash” since 6 days; this is organic & natural ayurvedic product and does not contain soap, this is from www.biotique.com.
(iv) I have cataract since 2 years, and Doctor is treating my eye’s dryness with eye drops. Doctor told that cataracts can not be operated unless dryness is cured. Eye dryness is related to my body dryness.

Brief Answer:
Xerosis of skin with itching

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I have viewed the images. Your hand skin is obviously extremely dry (Xerosis of skin) exacerbated by frequent hand washing/ soaps etc. Apart from the moisturize (Venusia)r and body wash that you are already using I suggest you to Topical potent steroid cream e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream for the affected skin on hands. In addition I suggest you to take an Oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
For itching over testicles I suggest you to use the same moisturizer (Venusia) that you use for your body, elsewhere.

Take care
