last week I used medicine Ivermectin, Doxycet LB
I feel little congestion always in throat, have mild dry cough, no flem as of now.
I have no other issues sickness, fever etc.,.
Its been a week over since I reported positive (RT-PCR/TRUNAT/CB-NAT nose swab test).

My local doctor have not suggested FabiFlu, not sure if it is mandatory.

for cough, I use below medication
Medrol - 16mg
Montek LC,
CEFTUM 500
Deriphylline Retard

1) My HRCT says CORAD-2, should I mandatorily use FabiFlu ?
2) I am using only cough medicines listed above as of now, should I continue any other antibiotics or vitamin tabs like E,D or calcium etc.,?
3) any blood test I should get it done?

You should get done blood reports like CBC, CRP, LDH, d dimer and ferritin.
And continue all vitamin and antibiotic tablet.
