Brief Answer:
Medication duration and changes
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mku.20100, welcome back.
Vanocit p contains citicoline and piracetam. It is used for 3-6 months. It helps in recovering from stroke. Both contents act like brain nutrients. After 6 months, most neurosurgeons or neurologists stop it. However there is no definitive guideline.
You can consult your doctor to stop vanocit p and reduce ecosprin dose to 75 mg.
Ask your father to take proper precautions like eat sugar free food, low salt diet (less than 2g), avoid fatty food, avoid stress, do morning walk and meditation.
Life style modification and medications both will help in getting best results.
Hope it will help you. If you have doubt, let me know.
thanks
