I have gone through your query and reviewed attached reports. Here is my advice.

As per attached reports, its benign i e localized or not spread to any other organ/tissue.

Usually benign cancer shows good prognosis.

As per many clinical studies, in case of localized adrenal tumor, 73% patients had shown 5 years of survival.

I would suggest you to check hormonal level regularly as advised by endocrinologist and do regular follow up with oncologist.
