Detailed Answer:
Hello,
1. cold feet can be caused by various causes. I'll make a non-exhaustive list:
(a) peripheral arterial disease: it causes reduced blood flow to the involved areas but it is usually unilateral (at least in the beginning). Can be diagnosed with an ultrasound scan (triplex).
(b) hypothyroidism: a high TSH should suffice for the diagnosis.
(c) peripheral neuropathy: some patients may experience cold feet.
(d) anemia: a very low hematocrit caused by low iron, low B12 or other disorders may cause cold feet.
(e) fever: a patient with an infection usually feels cold but fever in general - even when caused by non-infectious disorders - may cause cold feet.
(f) advanced heart failure: due to inadequate peripheral circulation the feet may be cold. It may also occur in advanced COPD with right heart failure.
2. A patient that has recovered after a COVID-19 infection is not expected to have any symptoms. There are patients with symptoms though, which may depend on the complications they experienced. For example, after serious lung involvement, a patient may experience exertional dyspnea. Other patients may feel weak or tired, etc.
I hope I've answered your question. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
