Question: 1. my mother is 70 years. She has normal BP and normal sugar levels. Since last week she is having cold and fever.

2. we got her blood test done On 10 feb, last sunday.
Report is enclosed.
Her WBC level is 3.5 approx. and HB is 7.9. So she had been given 4 spoons a day Dexorage (iron tonic, pic enclosed).

When next day she had watery loose motions 5-6 times.
then she did not take after stools Dexorange.

3. Then local doctor saw the cough and other conditions
Yesterday, it is found there are little nemonetic symptoms through a X-ray.
with cough once in every 5 minutes.

Local doctor gave an antibiotic throughdrip with anti-acids in the noon on 11th feb.
After that, But she was not able to eat anything due to gas and acidity after completing 100 ml I.V. of antibiotic.
Doctor gaver her 2 things...

BUT At night on 11th doctor gave one 1 medicine through drip with anti-acids. And told the patient to take sporlac also.


NOW ITS 3RD DAY THE DOCTOR HAD STARTER Cetil 500mg, with Anti-Flu tab with a Decongenstant tab. twice in a day.

Kindly give ur opinion
regarding - DIET and PRECAUTIONs, if any.... and ALSO...

Respected Sir, Thanks for your kind response. i was away for 2 days for work. she was Having diet with light, fresh cooked, non spicy vegetables, cereals for last few days, Just got to know that, my mother has completed her 5 days course of Cefuroxime Axetil 500mg, AntiFlu tab Starflu 75mg. twice a day. ALONGWITH AB PHYLLINE (sun pharma) tab once at night. Though she had also been taking PAN-D in morning empty stomach, and Vizylac (Lact bacilius) once a day after meal, As a result of above 5 days course, she has lesser cough almost once in 2 hours, Excreting mucus (phelgum). feeling little lighter. BUT today

Kindly help me to guide on dietry concerns with respect to the prescription our doctor gave on 2nd visit. PRESCRIPTION ENCLOSED FOR READY REF. Due to low levels of HB 7.9, B12 was 77 last week, doctor recommended NEUROBIN FORTE injections. Mother is otherwise taking normal diet, with little fruits with gap. and for digestion she is having Vizylac in morning, one liquid after noon meal, and one enzymes tab at night with AB PHYLLINE 100mg. Kindly suggest some DIET with respect to Low HB nd B12. and precautionary measure if needed. thanks and regards.
