Question: 10 yrs old child with past history of AGN (IgA Nephropathy) with hematuria in 2013, at present no complaints, urine report normal but usg shows Prominent renal pelvis and increased bladder wall thickness, Hence kindly suggest for upcoming consequences related to it

Based on the facts that you have posted your 10 years old son who had AGN in 2013 and his recent USG has been reported to have prominent renal pelvis and bladder wall thickening .
Prominent Renal pelvis has no clinical significance .Thickening of bladder wall signifies infection of bladder which can be cured by appropriate antibiotics .
Consult qualified Urologist or Nephrologist for further treatment .
