Question: 100°F temperature with no other symptoms. No contacts with outsiders past 10 days. He is diabetic patient and currently under care of an endocrinologist

Yesterday at around 10.30 pm he was given a paracetamol 650 and today morning at around 8 am he has been given another paracetamol 650.
His fever is 100-100.5°F. Paracetamol 500 doesn't reduce temperature. His oxygen levels is closely monitored, which is between 98-99.
At this situation we are unable to cobsult any physician physically.
Do you suggest any antibiotic for this viral fever?

Home collection of Rtpcr is not available right now, and we don't want to take him at any pathological centre.
Except him, we are 4 adults and 1 child, all are fit and fine.

Thank you for your reply. I have gone through your attachment. Kindly continue medications as suggested provided he should take proper balanced diet. In case of decreased appetite due to illness than have to adjust antidiabetic medications dosage as per blood sugar level to avoid risk of hypoglycemia.
Fever is a one of the symptom of several bacterial and viral diseases and covid 19 is also a viral disease.
Though he doesn't have any other symptoms, confirmatory tests for covid 19 is RT-PCR / at least Rapid antigen test (less sensitive).
So it would be better to consult with physician (if possible online consultation) and get done basic blood investigations as per evaluation.
