Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to the "Ask a Doctor" service.

I have read your query, I saw the MRI images that you uploaded too.

There seems to be no traumatic brain injury on the MRI images that you uploaded.

Stroke-like symptoms when temporary may be justified by the concussion.

Neck spasms are mostly linked to the soft tissue strain, but also, in rare cases, a fracture should be considered.

An x-ray study of the neck is necessary for this purpose, a soft cervical collar also should help with the spasms.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

So the way this looks is normal? The right side is darker and seems to be being pressed in. Along with the small circles, are those microbleeds or lesions of some sort. She is still having lots of issues. Recently she is having horners syndrome again and is just extremely fatigued. It%E2%80%99s been a month since she was hurt. She hit the very back of her head. It looks raised. I feel as though her neck imaging looks %E2%80%9Coff%E2%80%9D and no one can tell me what this is. There seems to be a %E2%80%9Cpiece%E2%80%9D stuck by the foramen magnum by the artery?

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again. There are some parts of your new question that are unclear.

Anyway, bleeding in the MRI that you suspect is evaluated with proper MRI sequences that are not present in the images that you uploaded ( hemo sequences ).

After one month, there is a very small chance for the bleeding to be present.

If you look closer, the areas that you marked with a circle are present on the other side too, they are not bleedings, most likely these are vessels or fluid filled spaces inside the brain.

I suggest you not to worry much more than necessary for any traumatic brain damage in this case.

If any symptoms are present, they may be justified by post traumatic stress disorder.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
